Prior to qualifying as an Executive Coach in 2014, Preeta held senior operational and leadership roles in the technology industry, including P&L responsibility for the largest trading division of a multi-million PLC. She is also an entrepreneur who established, built and exited a successful business.
Preeta has breadth of experience coaching leaders and managers from diverse sectors and organisational type. What her clients share is a commitment to take charge of their current situation and make positive changes. She blends coaching expertise and leadership experience, with psychological insight, to enable executives to tap into their own resources, to stretch and develop in their authentic leadership capability, overcome challenges, and achieve significant outcomes in their individual, team, and organizational goals.
