I am an experienced busines coach having spent 15+ years coaching C-level executives in international financial and professional services organisations. With more than 25 years business experience, I have been a leader in my own right, for example, as the Head of HR Asia Pacific for Fidelity International and as the global Head of Leadership Development and Coaching.
I am able to draw on my extensive experience of leadership across cultures having lived and worked in Japan, Korea, South East Asia, China and Hong Kong, Australia, India, UK and Continental Europe.
I specialise in both executive and team coaching. I work with leaders who are looking to make a transformation in their leadership focus or approach.
I act as an agent of change - an experienced sounding board, and work with the client to accelerate their focus on what is important; the activities that will have the greatest impact; and through discussion target the nub of any issue.
I work with the client to develop increased effectiveness in terms of transformational thinking, approaches and performance. I focus first and foremost on business results through goal setting, holding the client accountable for their actions; building self-awareness, self-belief and confidence. My coaching approach is future focused and action oriented, removing barriers to effectiveness and increasing insight and desire to try new ways to achieve success.
I am qualified to use the Hogan suite of reports, Everything DiSC, the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, MBTI and a range of SHL tools for assessment and development.
